영어 영작 #3 - 월요병, Monday Blues

안녕하세요. 3번째 영어 일기입니다. 일주일의 시작인 월요일입니다. 직장인이나 학생분들은 아마 월요일이 제일 싫으실 텐데요. 영어도 Monday Blues(월요병)라는 표현이 있을 정도로 월요일을 싫어하는 건 전 세계 어딜 가나 비슷한 것 같습니다. 오늘은 월요병이라는 주제로 써보려고 합니다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

영어 일기

It's Monday, another week has started. For some people, it's the worst day of the week, but for others it's the best day of the week. Most people hate to accept the fact that they either have to work or go to school on Monday. That's natural. But if you want to get yourself out of this endless complaining loop and start a week with positive vibes, you have to push yourself early in the morning. It depends on what you do in the morning. Get up 1~2 hours earlier than usual on Monday, and do the things you hate to do first. For example, take a cold shower when you get up or go to the gym. By doing these, you'll feel a sense of achievement. Accomplishing what you hated first in a day will give you some sort of pride and self-esteem. It's a good way to change a miserable day of the week into an exciting day of the week.
