안녕하세요. 영어 영작 11탄입니다. 영어 표현 포스팅 개수에 맞춰서 영작도 부지런히 해야 할 텐데요. 익숙지 않다 보니 쉽지 않은 것 같습니다. 오늘은 제가 좋아하는 운동에 대해서 얘기해볼 텐데요. 루틴을 짤 때 고려해야할 사항에 대해서 나눠보도록 하겠습니다.
운동 루틴 조언
I'd like to talk about tips I learned when it comes to planing your workout routine. I'm a type of person who likes to push myself, but I think you can't push yourself every single day. So what I suggest is that hit each body parts twice a week with one heavy weight day and one light weight day. When I say heavy weight, it means the weight you can lift around 6 reps and when I say light weight, it means the weight you can lift around 10-12 reps. 운동 루틴 예시
<Routine 1>
Monday : Chest + Shoulder (Heavy Weight)
Tuesday : Back + Arm (Heavy Weight)
Wednesday : Legs (Heavy Weight)
Thursday : Rest
Friday : Chest + Shoulder (Light Weight)
Saturday : Back + Arm (Light Weight)
Sunday : Legs (Light Weight)
Or if you don't have enough time to go to gym 6 times a week, you can adjust it like this.
<Routine 2>
Monday : Upper body (Heavy Weight)
Tuesday : Lower body (Heavy Weight)
Wednesday : Rest
Thursday : Upper body (Light Weight)
Friday : Lower body (Light Weight)
Saturday : Rest
Sunday : Rest
Since your body is not a machine, you need to plan your workout routine wisely by dividing it into 2 parts(Heavy weight day / Light weight day) and taking enough rest for recovery.
